Terms and Conditions

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

No dates are held without a deposit.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled event unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted payment methods: Revolut transfer, PayPal (Additional fees will be applied)

Guest Minimums & Add-ons

All private workshop packages include a minimum of 6 or 8 guests, depending on the tier.

You may add additional guests up to 48 hours before your event.

Add-ons such as custom favors, food platters, or drink upgrades must be finalized and paid for in advance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date if rescheduled at least 5 days in advance.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event forfeit the full payment.

In the rare event The Muse Parlor must cancel, your full payment (including deposit) will be refunded or credited toward a future booking

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Events are designed within a set time window. We reserve the right to shorten the experience if the group is significantly delayed.

Setup & Clean-Up

The Muse Parlor requires access to the venue at least thr prior for setup.

All materials, decor, and supplies will be packed up by our team post-workshop.

If hosting in your space, we kindly ask that the area is clean, well-lit, and accessible.

Photos & Content Usage

We love capturing the magic! By participating in a workshop, you consent to The Muse Parlor using photos or videos taken during the event for marketing and promotional purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing).

We also encourage you to tag us @themuseparlor when posting your creative experience!

Safety & Responsibility

Guests participate at their own risk. We are not liable for any allergic reactions (please notify us in advance of any sensitivities).

Candles and body products are made with skin-safe ingredients, but patch tests are recommended before full use.

Travel Policy

Travel is included of $20 Included to your Location

Venue rental or parking fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the host

Creative Kits & Party Favors

If you are ordering Muse Kits or favors to-go, please allow 7 business days for prep. All sales on custom kits and favor items are final.
